20. Complete Breath

Note – there are many variations of the complete breath. Hittleman’s version has the person standing and raising and lowering the arms with the inhale and exhale. The point however is to do the breathing. Repeat the deep breathing five times.

Not actually Rishi’s Posture but a good twist posture.

This is fairly advanced so try it slowly and built up to it.
