20. Complete Breath

Note – there are many variations of the complete breath. Hittleman’s version has the person standing and raising and lowering the arms with the inhale and exhale. The point however is to do the breathing. Repeat the deep breathing five times.

This exercise says it is for new mothers but it is really for anyone. It just happens to be quite good for new mothers.
