20. Complete Breath

Note – there are many variations of the complete breath. Hittleman’s version has the person standing and raising and lowering the arms with the inhale and exhale. The point however is to do the breathing. Repeat the deep breathing five times.

Here is another variation:

1.  Chest Expansion

This is the office version but it can be done standing as well.

5. Roll Twist

It is interesting to find similar YouTube versions for these exercises. This one is close enough to the Roll Twist for the purposes of this exercises.

9. Back Stretch

The Child’s Pose is a good version of this great back exercise.
